Known to her friends and family as "Miss Picky" or "Miss Priss"
Kim has been defending herself for years.

"What do you mean it's not that big of a deal
and that I should just shut up and eat it? 

Over-cooked food tastes like rubber and they should not be
serving it to us, dear!"

"Do you think the waitress will notice that my arm is stuck to the table
 and the wall next to us has years worth of food stuck to it?"

"Good grief, this pasta con broccoli actually has no taste"

"Excuse me, Miss-What kind of fake chicken is on this sandwich?"

Soooo, you ask-what does any of this have to do with the price of butter? 

Tired of paying for food that really wasn't worth eating,
was too expensive considering what it was,
or served by the waitress from Hades, 
Kim decided to put her
time, money and expertise where her mouth was.

And the logical conclusion was......drumroll please-

Who better to run a restaurant than the pickiest woman in the world?
That's exactly what Kim thought.

are cooked to perfection in a clean pleasant environment
 and will be served by a smiling trained server
all at a reasonable price.
